Steven Byram, Chief Financial Officer
Steve Byram is responsible for overseeing all financial activities for Boston-Power, while leading an international team of finance and information services professionals. Prior to joining Boston-Power, Mr. Byram has had significant CFO-related experience in both private and public companies. With more than 25 years of finance management experience, Mr. Byram most recently held the position of CFO & Vice President/Treasurer of Ciclon Semiconductor Device Corporation, which was recently acquired by Texas Instruments. In this role he was accountable for all financial operations, human resources, legal, IT and other support functions. He also held senior management positions at Lucent Technologies, Inc. and AT&T. Mr. Byram earned his MBA and Bachelors in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
